O-rings are a must have for your crystal singing bowls!
They create a steady surface for playing without inhibiting the vibrations that create the beautiful singing bowl song that we love to hear. By using an o-ring, almost any flat area can become a playable surface.
O-rings come in black and white. You will receive a random colour depending on our current inventory.
O-Ring Sizes
- Small 3 1/2" - best for 6-8" singing bowls
- Medium 4" - best for 9-12" singing bowls
- Large 4 1/4" - best for 13-14" singing bowls
- Extra Large 4 3/4" - best for 14-16" singing bowls
All bowls are somewhat unique, so while we can give a general recommendation for which o-rings work for which crystal bowl, there may be exceptions. Please give us a call if you have any questions!
Refund policy
PRODUCTS: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to work with you to find the perfect item.
If for some reason you are not happy, please call us within 30 days.
If, within the 30 days, you want to exchange an item we will give you full credit towards other products. However, If you wish to do a full return, there is a 15% restocking fee. The item must be returned in the same condition you purchased it.
Shipping is at your expense. It must arrive to us in the same condition as when it was shipped out. Once we have received your returned item, and have inspected it, we will issue a a refund minus the restocking fee and any costs that we incurred to ship the instrument to you.
WORKSHOPS: Our workshops typically sell out quickly. Therefore, we can only offer a refund on tickets if we can fill your spot with someone from the waitlist. Please note that if you cancel at the last minute, it may be difficult for us to find a replacement. Additionally, if you purchase a ticket and do not attend, no refund will be available.
